Not only did she help us make everything on our list happen, she also offered so many tips and tricks to get the most out of our time at the parks. She was so easy to talk to and was amazing at sending us “how-to” guides for things like the infamous virtual queues and lighting lanes that my group and I have never had to do before. But with all her information and videos, we learned quick and managed to get 2 virtual queues for both tron and guardians during our week long trip!   • Jen was so great to work with!! I actually found her after I had booked with Disney, and decided to transfer my reservations to her, so I had done a few things on my own. She made the rest of the planning go so smoothly and it was so much better than going at it alone. She was always quick to respond to my questions with thorough answers. All her videos and packets (especially about Genie+) helped me so much. Now, the last park day our flights home got cancelled! With a couple text messages to Jen, she was able to help me extend my stay at the resort by a night and took care of all those details while I enjoyed our last few hours in the parks. Without Jen, I would’ve spend that whole time on the phone or worse had to leave the park early to deal with it.   • I can’t say enough good things about how wonderful it was to plan our family Disney trip with Jen! She ran so many options for us with dates and hotels moving around to find the right fit for our family. Traveling with a 3 year old and 9 month old I was sure it’d be tough but Jen is so organized and had excellent ride and food recommendations that everything felt so seamless, the kids thought it was magic (as did my husband) and I didn’t have to spend two months researching everything myself with my work schedule. To top it all off all of Jen’s recommendations were a huge hit- from what my husband and I would enjoy to exactly what each kid would love for age and interests.   • Had the best vacation of a life time this year. This was my first time booking with Jen and was not disappointed. Will continue to use her service for my future vacations. Highly recommend, she made the planning so much easier. Also you get better deals and pricing. We visited Orlando had tickets to Discovery Cove, Sea World, and Aquatic. It all was amazing but discovery cove was our favorite. Discovery Cove was all inclusive except swim with dolphin and the photo package. They provided free breakfast and lunch. The food was good and with options. There is snack and drink stands set up for free quick access. We did go during a week day and was not that crowded. At Discovery Cove they also provided all the gear needed to swim with the stingray and fish. The hotel room was nice, clean, and in close distance to the 3 parks.
